ECCC Webinar – P91, P92, Alloy 617
Online 8th October 2020

The 5th International ECCC Creep & Fracture Conference in Edinburgh was postponed until May 2023 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. ECCC therefore presented some of its work at an ECCC Webinar held on 8th October 2020.
About 150 people joined us to hear about the creep strength enhanced ferritic steels, P91 and P92, nickel base Alloy 617; updates on ECCC ePAT software and assessment software tools; and further information on ECCC2021 Conference in Edinburgh.
Within the www.eccc-creep.com website we have made available videos and presentations from the Webinar for the use of registered participants.
We hope you enjoy them and find them useful!

NB. Access to the webinar pages is granted upon registration. Videos and presentations are copyright of the presenters’ organisations.

The 4th International ECCC Creep & Fracture Conference
ECCC 2017 CONFERENCE AT A GLANCE
This conference once again offered an open forum to consolidate existing knowledge and identify future work items requiring attention from the high temperature research, design, and standardisation communities. Engineers and scientists from around the world presented and discussed the latest research and development results in all aspects of creep behaviour and creep-related interactions within the 26 sessions of this conference.
The presentations are focused on high chromium steels, austenitic steels, the testing, modelling and life time assessments of these materials, as well as their similar and dissimilar welds in diverse technical applications.
The conference was supported by Siemens, Vallourec and Salzgitter Mannesmann Research, each of whom offered a guided tour for the participants of the conference in order to inform themselves about the works of a turbine and generator manufacturer, a steel tube and pipe maker, and the activities of a research company dealing with future demands.

ECCC 2014 CONFERENCE AT A GLANCE
For the 3th International ECCC Creep & Fracture Conference, ECCC has joined forces with world-wide key experts to present and discuss the latest research and developments in all aspects of creep behaviour of high temperature industrial materials and components.
182 researchers coming from Europe, South Africa, India, Russia, China, Japan, Korea, and USA compare notes so as to tackle the mammoth challenges of the 21st century, thereby laying the foundations for an energy structure able to guarantee sustainability, safety and the generation self-supporting capacity for the diverse global needs.
